General History:

The Clan was started by two loners: Shatter and Talon. The two were best friends and had even joined a clan briefly before they were chased out for being 'non-full blooded clanners'. Seeking protection they slowly gathered cats they encountered and continued moving on through the forests and valleys they finally came across their home: a forested mountain side. Shatter, by that point, had become the leader of the group. He did not originally like the idea of the Clan being named after him, but everyone else in the group wanted it, so he gave in. Shatter took on the name of Shatterstar and took Talon as his deputy and gave him the name of Talonheart. The clan grew, slow but steady to the strength it is now. Now it is four leaders since Shatterstar's reign, and two generations have past. ShatterClan still lives on that same mountainside, and while they are wary of loners and rogues, they know where they started and grant each loner and rogue a chance to prove themselves if they do wish to be part of ShatterClan.

Rules:

Warrior Code:

1. Defend your Clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from other Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan, as one day you may meet them in battle.

2. Do not hunt or trespass on another Clan's territory.

3. Elders, queens, and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Unless they have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders. If any warrior or apprentice is sick or injured, they may eat while the elders, queens, and kits are eating.

4. Prey is killed only to be eaten. Give thanks to StarClan for its life.

5. A kit must be at least six moons old to become an apprentice.

6. Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their warrior name.

7. A cat cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice.

8. The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies, retires or is exiled.

9. After the death or retirement of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen before moonhigh.

10. Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge all trespassing cats.

12. No warrior can neglect a kit in pain or danger, even if the kit is from a different Clan.

13. The word of the Clan leader is the warrior code.

14. An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win their battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or if it is necessary for self-defense.

15. A warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet.

Medicine Cat Code:

1. A medicine cat may not fall in love or take a mate.

2. A medicine cat may not have kits.

3. A medicine cat may only retire when their apprentice is ready to take their place.

4. A medicine cat shares dreams with only StarClan.

5. A medicine cat may only discuss dreams, prophecies, etc. with their leader or other medicine cats at the monthly meeting; dreams of an otherwise prophetic nature should not be disclosed to any outside parties, or any other cats in the Clan.

ShatterClan Code:

1. Cats born in Clan may not judge another cat permitted to prove themselves to become a warrior

2. If there is rising tension between two cats, a 'controlled' fight will be held between the two cats in the clearing with the clan present. The two may not kill, however the first to sustain serious injury is the 'loser'. The leader or deputy announces the winner and the fight is over.

3. No cat, other than the two fighting, may interfer with the 'controlled' fight. As no cat will be permitted to recieve a fatal injury.

4. Medicine cats are not permitted to have kits. In doing so will result in exile, no exeptions.

Sparrowsoar - Deputy - 48 moons

The solid grey deputy moved from the shaded spot as the sun slowly started to fill the camp into a sunnier spot. Her bright blue eyes caught sight of the Bengal and instead of laying back down she padded over to the other she cat, "Good Morning, Splashfur." She meowed in a somewhat more cheerful attitude than normal. Being more reserved than her brother, Sparrowsoar tended to come off as distant. She didn't meant to, she liked talking to her clanmates, but she was still fearful of cats judging her for being not a 'full blooded' clanner. Even if it was twelve moons since the fall of Stonestar.

Fallthorn - Warrior - 48 moons

The solid grey tom was curled up in his nest, his ears twitching slightly while he slept. The tom's greenish blue eyes were squished tight as his tail tip now slightly tapped as his ears twitched more and more. Compared to his sister, he was slightly bigger. They both had small lithe frames which made them extremely agile, as they both were on the smaller side. He, however, when standing beside his sister was not only slightly taller, but he also was slightly broader which made it extremely clear that the tom was exceptionally fit while his sister looked more underfed. The tom's eyes slowly opened to reveal the green-blue coloring as he lifted his head with a slight yawn. Being far too lazy to get up in that moment he remained where he was.

She is, however, pretty good at finding a silver lining even in the darkest hour.

Scarepaw is super jumpy. Like a bird will fly overhead and the poor tom jumps. He was the runt of his litter, which adds to why he is so small compared to others his age. He has a nasty temper, partly due to his siblings poking fun at him during kithood.

not much to tell.... He was born to Robinfur and Wolfsnap. His brothers made fun him for being smaller than him and often still do. He learned he had to stick up for himself so he does have a nasty tempter and is not afraid of snapping at another cat.

Sparrowsoar nodded in greetung as Primrose passed her and Splashfur. "Pretty good. I swear there is a thorn in my nest though." The grey shecat shook her head with a laugh and added with a slight tone of not really minding, "Eh, I'll find the pesky thing eventually... what about you, Splashfur? Sleep well?" She asked watching the younger before her blue eyes drifted to the fresh kill pile, where the shecat saw a small roibin and moved to pick it up before settling back down near Splashfur, taking a bite from the robin.

The grey tom yawned as he slowly stretched, making his way from his nest. He stretched lazily before giving a nod to the two shecats before moving a little ways away to go lay in the sun. The first patrol generally went out after sunrise, so he was hoping to be the first volunteer to go, as he partly wanted to go hunting and partly just wanted out of camp. The tom's green-blue eyes watched, even tilting his head slightly as he watched a leaf tumble past him as a soft warm wind blew through the camp. The tom seemed to think briefly before he got into a hunter's crouch and chased after the leaf.

OMG YESSS!!! And he is too much of a chicken to go against someone who terifies him so he wouldn't go and report Redbelly XD

be careful not to quik her. If you quik her each time she will only get worse. Also, puppy nails (while sharp) try to only cut them once or twice a month, as that way she gets use to it. If needed you can always dremel down and round off the sharp cut instead of clipping everytime.
